Safe and exquisite honey bee products and happy bees in a pristine environment are at the core of our beekeeping philosophy. Our bees collect nectar and pollen from the untouched mountain plateaus to more than 2000 meters high summits in the heart of Mavrovo National Park.

We let the native honey bees (Apis mellifera macedonica) exploit the scarce but finest available resources from the endemic plants. Gold Bricks brace native bees-flower dance undisturbed by supporting the colonies only with minimalistic and nature-like beekeeping, a concept uniquely applied by us. That is how Gold Bricks honey and pollen, characterised by exquisite and virgin taste, is gathered and delivered to you following the highest food safety and environmentally friendly standards.

Likewise, we also care about our partners, the bees. Gold Bricks produces a GoldApis+ fondant, a food for honey bee colonies that allows beekeepers to apply it easily and retains its properties for a long time. Most importantly, bees consume it with minimal physiological stress, enabling the breeding of healthy and productive honey bee colonies.
